Quest Digital provides expert SEO services based on industry best practices, experience, and comprehensive analysis. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific results or timeframes for performance improvement, including:

Specific Search Engine Rankings: We cannot guarantee any specific position on any search engine (e.g., Google, Bing) for any keyword phrase.

Traffic Volume or Conversion Rates: We cannot guarantee specific volumes of website traffic, lead generation, or sales conversion increases.

Financial Performance: We make no claims or guarantees regarding the financial profitability of your investment in our services.

2. Acknowledgment of Third-Party Control

You acknowledge that our services are dependent on factors entirely outside of our control, including:

Search Engine Algorithms: Search engines frequently change their algorithms (e.g., Google core updates), which can impact website ranking and traffic, often without notice. We are not liable for any decline in performance resulting from such updates.

Competitor Actions: The competitive landscape is constantly evolving. Your ranking position may fluctuate due to the actions of your competitors.

Client Compliance: Failure to promptly implement our recommendations (e.g., technical changes, content creation, website uptime) will negatively affect performance, and Quest Digital is not responsible for any resulting decline in rankings or traffic.

Third-Party Platforms: We are not liable for downtime, changes in policy, or errors caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), your website hosting provider, or our software provider, GoHighLevel.

3. Client Responsibility and Website Access

You agree that the ultimate responsibility for the performance and maintenance of your website and business rests with you.

You confirm that Quest Digital requires and is authorized to access your website and platform data (including FTP/CMS access, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and your Quest Digital CRM) to perform the agreed-upon services.

You indemnify and hold Quest Digital harmless against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from unforeseen consequences or the corruption of your website, as outlined in Clause 16 of our Terms & Conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quest Digital’s liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services, including non-performance or failure to meet client expectations, shall be limited as strictly defined in Clause 11 of our Terms & Conditions.
